Anna Banana Realty's Website ...

A Virtual Library

Of User-Friendly Information

Information on your website must be as well organized as the information on Anna Banana Realty's website.

Poorly organized content frustrates visitors and chases them to competitors sites.

22 Different Categories Of Information

As an avid reader, and lifelong fan of public libraries, I really like Anna 'Banana' Kruchten's website: Anna Banana Realty.

Its home page looks and feels like a well stocked and meticulously organized library.

The navigation bar, like direction signs in a library list 22 different categories of information.

With the headline “Helping You Make YOUR Home-Ownership Dream Come True!' the home page content does what it is supposed to do...draws in the reader, promising benefit-rich information.

What surprised me most about the site is the breadth and depth of website content that it offers.

This large number of categories of content represents a potentially huge amount of information. At first glance, that's kind of scary.

But the information on Anna Banana Realty's website is well organized that that the information is so well organized that it is really quite easy to find topics of interest and move from one topic to another.

Like A Community Library

Anna Banana Realty's website is nothing like a huge reference library.

It's more like the community branch around the corner, where the staff have answers to your questions before you ask them.

Need information about Greater Phoenix? Click the 'Greater Phx' link...it's almost like asking a librarian a question about something. Pheonix

Looking for potentially helpful businesses in Phoenix? Click the “Business Partners” link for information about business partners who are probably also referral partners.

Whether buying or selling, moving or simply interested in learning more about topics ranging from Arizona to remodelling, the site offers easy access these...and a whole lot more topics.

This community orientation helps make Anna Banana Realty's website such a great website...and example of a good community website.

Community Websites

In practice, a community website serves much the same purpose as a community newspaper.

It is a vehicle for providing news and information to a local community ...your niche market...as well as a vehicle for you to promote yourself, your services and listings to the people in this market.

However, as your marketing vehicle, you have total control over the website and what does...and what does not... go into it.

Creating a community website for your niche market will enhance your profile, attract new clients and give you a sustainable competitive advantage.

What Else You Can Learn From This Website

As well as offering helpful community information about Phoenix and Arizona, Anna Banana Realty's website provides another very effective learning opportunity.

information overlaod Most website are little more than information dumps, with piles of information dumped here and there throughout the site.

Invariably readers are left to find their own way around these piles, searching for useful information.

Like a well set-up library, Anna Banana Realty's website is a great model of how to organize a huge amount of information in a helpful and user-friendly manner.

Which raises the question...how well organized is the information on your website?

How easy is it for visitors to find the information they seek?

If the information on your website is not as well set up as the information on Anna Banana Realty's website, get to work organizing it.

If you don't do that...casual visitors will leave your sire frustrated, unlikely to return again.
