Actions Speak Louder Than Words
by: Larry Easto

Many people ... including real estate sales people ... are rally good at talking the talk about how much they appreciate their clients.

They send this message through their advertising and promotional activities.

But when it comes to walking the talk ... it's a totally different story.

Phone calls message returned late, email messages ignored or other actions that demonstrate a lack of interest in clients.

Actions really do speak louder than words.

Don't just tell clients how much you appreciate them...show them. And demonstrate your attitude of gratitude in every single client interact.
