Meeting Our Own Standards

At a very early age, we learn the importance of pleasing other people: parents, teachers, employers, managers, clients ….

Certainly life can be easier when we are appreciate these people’s needs and wants.

But as we mature, circumstances may arise in which pleasing these people is in conflict with our own values or whatever we believe is right.

Regardless of the issue or conflict, you can never go wrong doing the best you can for the people you serve.
