Internet Consumers Want Information NOW

The internet consumer will spend the time to gather their information.

They will only trust what they can find, not what you tell them but can not support on the web.

They are also, like you said, wanting that information NOW.

If you do not answer your phone they move on to someone who does.

Internet Consumers Really Are Different
by: Larry Easto

Bob's comment is in response to my post about how Internet consumers are different than non-Internet consumers.

The main difference is that Internet consumers are looking for information, before they look for your help.

Non-Internet consumers, on the other hand, usually look for information as part of the help they want from you.

Both kinds of consumers do however share the same factor.

In both cases, they will hire you and make referrals to you based on the relationship that you initiate and maintain with them.

For Internet consumers this relationship starts with and is enhanced by the information that you provide online.

For non-Internet consumers, the relationship is typically personal contact in one form or another.
