Deferred Payments
The regular monthly fee for real estate marketing coaching is $450

To make the coaching more accessible to those people who will benefit
most from the coaching, I will defer 80% of the fees until the
coaching generates results.
If you sign up for a minimum of 3 months, you will pay only $90 USD
per month.
The balance of the fee will be deferred until you receive your
commission on the first new client that you generate after starting
the coaching.

offered in sets of 4 monthly coaching sessions of ½ hour each.
This is the
minimum level of coaching
to make any noticeable difference in your marketing.

the coaching over 4
sessions, you can try out new ideas and approaches between sessions.
Once you have
tried out a new approach,
in the next coaching session we can discuss the results and make
whatever modifications are necessary to increase its effectiveness.
Coaching
sessions of ½ hour minimize
the disruption to your busy life.

sessions will help
