I have spoken to several successful REALTORS® in my area and asked them what they would deem their best piece of advice to me in achieving the same kind of success they have in the market place.

In several cases, it was nothing more than a homegrown newsletter - black ink on colored paper.

One of those REALTORS® has over 40 listings on the market.

Another one of the REALTORS® owns two brokerages that are hopping.

The newsletter, it appears, is still quite effective and is still winning sales.

The trees on the other hand have lost.

Hard Copy Newsletters Really DO Work

With today's overload of electronically generated information it's nice to hear that familiar old techniques are still effective.

It might be that hard copy newsletter are effective because they stand out so well from the flood of electronically generated information.

It doesn't really matter why hard copy newsletters are effective.

The important thing to remember is that can be an effective tool to keep in touch with your sphere of influence and generate more repeat and referral business.
